Have you looked into Couch to 5k? It is a great walk to run program. I would say don't be intimidated by it---you can always repeat weeks or even shorten the run intervals and lengthen the walk intervals until you can do it as suggested. 3892 days ago

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I agree, it is so hard but at the end of the day it's for the best. I haven't lost anything but time but for some reason it still hurts. I'll get through it one day at a time. :-) It's nice to know someone can relate. 3904 days ago
