Finally after almost 3 years my knees have stopped bothering me. My back popped big time. Now my nerve is pinched so I have a tinkling arm. Tens unit to the rescue. BUT I CAN WALK without a limp or back pain. Doing exercises slowly building them. up. Got a lot of steps in day before yesterday, more that I was walking ina week fortheladt 1 years......

My Goals:
I know it is not realistic to want to be down to the weight I was in high school, however I think that 145 might be a decent wieght.

My Program:
I am not really on a particular strict program. I am watching what I eat and limiting the amount that I eat. I bought the 6 week body make over and lost 30 pounds on it really fast, Almost to fast so I modified it and seem to be holding a steady weigth loss now.

Personal Information:
How are things going for you? Glad you stopped by. Haven't been in on way to long.... to much personal things going on, lost my Mom in Decemebr 09, and it really knocked me for a loop. All that time I thought I was okay but as I venture back into life now I can see how lost I really was. So now it is time to get back serious about this losing weight stuff.
I am originally from Austin Texas. Have been to several places all over the the world, however I always come back to Austin. Currently I live a short ways out from Austin but still close enough to call it my home.

Other Information:
I love a good movie, One of my favorites is The Man From Snowy River, It's one of the few that the second one they made was as good as the first one. I had a close penpal from Australia a while back. He told me that a few years ago they had a big fire and all the scenery in the movie including the cabin was all burnt up. What a shame it's a beautiful country.
