Hi I am ladiebugg5 I am new ,
I am happy to a part of this I am 40 something mother of 4 grandmother of 2 I want to be here for my grand kids and all the ones to come so I need to meet and maintain my goals so that means its me time it needs to be all about me it seems when i put everyone before me I fall short I start to loose will power when i don't make time for myself i start to take shortcuts I really want to stay on track,when I get up the nerve ill send in before / half way photo. my starting weight as of 12/16/08 was 201 my current weight as of 5/26/09 is 156 (35 more pounds to go)

My Goals:
Well my goals are to become healthier and feel more confident when looking at myself and around others. When I reach my goal and I know I will I would love to share clothes with my daughter. And to live a long happy life with my grandchildren.


My Program:
I just started eating healthier started fallowing the Michael thurmond diet plan ( eating on a average 6 well balanced well portion meal a day ) also a moderate workout plan which consist of walking for 30-60 mins.. Around my basketball court, 100 crunches a night, tension bands working my arms and legs also 100oz. Of water a day.



Personal Information:
Well I was born on an army base in augsburg Germany but grew up here in Virginia got married and had 4 wonderful but yet very hard headed children LOL. 3 girls and 1 boy he is the youngest 23,21,16 and my baby 14 my oldest has 2 of her own one of each 3 and 2. So far 24 years of married he drives me nuts but I guess I'll keep him.

    Here is a HUG, to get you thru the days. Always remember you are not alone. This journey is long and slow if we are going to do it right. It's a lifestyle change and not a diet. And it's OK to lose the UMPH to get MOVIN' again and be on the right track.

    But we are SO WORTH IT, to continue the struggle UPWARDS towards beating this BATTLE of the BULGE that so wants to BEAT US DOWN.

    But I say NO, NO, NO!!!!!!!!!! It, LBS, will not WIN, WE WILL WIN!!! YES, WE ARE WOMEN, and WE ARE STRONGER THAN LBS!!! Hugs, Anna
