I am a 21 year old senior in college. Home for the summer and hoping to work 2 jobs along with an internship. I tend to be lazy when I want to but know when I need to work out. My best friend tries to keep me on track but he does not understand what I am going through. I am hoping to become more happy through this group!

Fitness Minutes: 20

My Goals:
To lose 25 pounds by August 25 and to learn to eat healthier foods.

I am also going to try and eat chicken and fish more...i dont like pork and red meat kinda creeps me out..so im sorta going vegitarian...we will see!


My Program:
I am trying to get out and take walks, I used to run at the gym at school. I begged my family to buy an elliptical machine which gets very little use...I just need MOTIVATION!!

I am also going to start to park as far away as possible at work and walk everywhere and take stairs...a little bit goes a long way



Personal Information:
My name is Kylee and I will be 21 very soon. My goal...to look good in the dress I bought for my Birthday. I am from a little town in Delaware and I am a senior Social Work Major at a little school known as Elizabethtown College.


Other Information:
Top reasons for me to lose weight:

1. To not weigh 40lbs more than my best friend
2. To get into a bikini by summer 2009
3. To show my mom that I have the motivation and that I want to lose weight
4. I want to feel good when im out with my friends
5. To learn healthy new habits
6. I want to get into my size 10 jeans again
7. To be happy and feel good about who I am looking at in the mirror
8. Be able to love myself so that I can love others
9. Gain self confidence
