My Goals:
Want to lose weight and improve health so I can enjoy the twilight of my life and be here for those I love.

My Program:
 Joined Weight Watchers on 1/9/16 but wanted to learn more about nutrition and keep diabetes in control. Bought a Fitbit and have lost 11.2, but want to work on the whole lifestyle. Weight goal is to lose 31 pounds.
