Today is the first day of the rest of my life. I have had some health challenges over the last year and have decided that it is time to get thinner and to get fit.
My first weight loss goal is to lose 12.8 pounds by Valentine Day. I also am planning to do a fitness activity for at least 10 minutes gradually working up to 30 minutes every day.
