After taking close to a nine month hiatus, I'm back and now the proud mother of two beautiful girls instead of just one. Currently, I'm 4 days post op from my C-section so I'm not really doing anything extra for exercise. I'm giving my body plenty of time to heal and taking it day by day. I have a post op appointment in a week and a half and hopefully should be cleared for light exercise then. At this point I'm not counting calories, I do however want to focus on drinking eight glasses of water each day and getting in my fruits and vegetables. I'm planning on breastfeeding and want to get that well established before I start restricting my diet.

Prior to my pregnancy I had lost just over 50 lbs. I'm now at a higher weight then when I originally started but am hopeful that I will ease back into the weight loss routine. From my understanding a fairly significant weight loss prior to pregnancy can lead to a higher gain during that pregnancy. I also know that I have a significant amount of water weight on board as well. I'm hoping that the first 30 lbs or so come off fairly quick; but if they don't I know I have tools on here to help get them off regardless.
