Introduction Text Hello, my name is Kathy and I am 39 years old. I have a wonderful husband and 3 kids that are very active. I would like to improve my life so I can enjoy every minute with them (and have the energy to do it)....lol I have struggled with my weight for about 15 years or so. I WAS an emotional eater. I have learned that food can no longer be my friend. I was just recently introduced to this website by a very smart lady named Julie. So I am totally new at all this stuff that goes along with it. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. The pictures I have chosen to post for now are of my kids. Since I do not allow pictures of myself to willingly be taken. Well not yet anyway. Hopefully this will change with time and knowledge on how to deal with loosing the extra weight I have packed on over the years. Good luck to all and God Bless. My goals are to become a healthier happier me. To be more active with my family and friends.

I just got approved for the RNY surgery ! ! ! All my pre-testing is complete finally. I just got my surgery date. My life will change for the better on April 1st ! ! !
