    I actually like beans a lot. Problem is that they are very high-cal. A serving of tofu is 70 calories for about 7 grams of protein. Lentils are triple the calories for double the protein. I do eat them several times per week and probably should do so more. You're right....they are great on both fiber and protein.

    Thanks for your comment on my post today. I appreciate it. I am vegetarian currently unable to do dairy so I do eat too much soy, I think. I'll try cutting back on that and add even more high-fiber veggies. Thanks again!

    I can so relate to your mini goals to declutter the house! Seems like every time I clean and rearrange the boxes in the closets I can't remember where I put something and hubby laughs at my trying to get organized. Oh well, at least I know it's in there somewhere and not out collecting dust!
    I heard once people are like goldfish and we grow to the size of our bowls. Seems the more room we have, the more we collect to fill the spaces.
