My name is Krystal, I am 31 years old, and I'm the proud Mama of 3 sweet kiddos. My weight has been creeping up for about the last 10 years, and I'm TIRED of it!! I am ready to look as good on the outside, as I feel on the inside!

I got married at 21, and was in great shape. Unfortunately, my marriage proved to be a very lonely place to be...so I ate to console myself...and the numbers started to climb. My husband had a motorcycle accident, and during the 3 months he recovered at home, I gained 20 lbs! Add 3 pregnancies to the mix...and here I am, 50 pounds overweight...yuck.

I feel like I spent my 20's either pregnant, or feeling fat and frumpy afterwards...and I want to ENJOY myh 30's (and beyond).

I am getting active again by trying out lots of fun/challenging classes at the gym. I am tracking my food intake, and finding ways to satisfy my sweet tooth without breaking the calorie bank. I'm trying lots of yummy SparkRecipes, so I don't get bored, and loving all the motivation and support here on SparkPeople!

Here is to the new happy, healthy, thin, and sexy ME!!!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 55 lbs.

I have long legs, and can't wait to show them off again.

I want to feel sexy and confident when my husband sees me naked.

I want to look good in jeans and a t-shirt again.

I want to see my collarbones again.

I want to want to wear a dress and feel cute...not like I'm wearing a tent!

I want to model good eating habits and a positive self image for my kids.



My Program:
I am working out at least 4x/week. Mixture of cardio and strength training classes.

I get so bored, and don't push myself of the treadmill...but I love classes, and they kick my butt!

I'm tracking my food, and staying within my calorie range allowed by spark.

I have been stalking several spark pages that have great food ideas, and I've found a couple healthy food blogs that I *love*.

I'm trying out different recipes and flavors, so that I don't get bored. I am learning to cook and enjoy healthier versions of many of my favorites...this has got to be something I can do long term. :-)
