Looking to get healthier and lose weight. I have been heavy all of my life, due to poor eating habits and bad genetics. I have moved out of my parents house and have complete control over what and when I eat, so I want to change my habits and get into my own healthy eating lifestyle.

A couple of things I've changed right off the bat are:
Stop eating when I'm full! I don't have to finish everything on my plate!
Workout whenever I get the chance, ever if it's just lifting a weight a couple times or wall pushups at work.
Count every calorie that I put in my mouth, it's so easy to lose track & not realize what you're eating.
If you're like me & you like to go out to a club or bar with your friends, I've switched to rum & diet coke. No more Beer/Smirnoff Ices! Sooo many empty calories, what a waste!
No fast Food!
Don't Grocery Shop Hungry lol & make a list.
The gym is my friend & I visit often.

Any pointers, by all means bring them on!

My Program:
I have changed what I'm eating from junk food and fast food to healthy packed lunches and a lot of fruit and veggies, In addition to mostly lean white mean. I also workout everyday on a total gym/ab lounge/elliptical/ and occasionally weights or walking.



Personal Information:
I'm a 23 year old from Long Island. 9-5 Job in addition to my online clothing store & being an Avon Rep. Gotta Love it!
