I have been out of the miltary for 7 years now and find I have lost my momentum to stay in shape. I want to get back to being healthy and active again.

Getting to my goal weight is taking longer than I had hoped but getting in shape is my number one goal. I want to keep improving my stamina for my workouts and keep on pushing myself.
