I want to continue to lost weight, and be as healthy as possible by following a nutritious fresh diet with lots of home cooking and raw items.

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.

I am attending Fit Plan at ny physical therapy office 2 x a week. I plan my daily food intake the night before so I know how much I can have and make sure to work in good snacks. Cutting carbs worked for me but now I'm doing Eat to Live instead.

I started a new Team for Gov't workers and Public Servants - both active and retired employees can join.
I love koala bears and have collected them for years. It is important to me to protect these fuzzy vegetarians. They can teach us how not to stress out.

Track what you do for one month then follow these tips: Go back to making coffee (i.e., Eliminate Starbucks at $3.50 per day, times 5 work days, times 49 weeks – allowing for vacation & holidays = save $857.50 a year.) & cook meals at home (i.e., Eliminate fast-food lunches at $6.50 per day, times 5 work days, times 49 weeks – allowing for vacation & holidays = save $1592.50 a year.) If you did both, you could save $16,788.00 in one year and buy a new car. Eat a lot of soup or salad: vegetables & a little meat; cook your own dried beans & peas; GOMPS

I only have been at Red Lobster once. Not my favourite place , and not only be ause of the shipping issue. In Kona, Hawaii, there is a facility that raises lobster in sea water for local use but nothing beats Nova Scotia cold water lobster.

    HI Koala_Bear

I appreciate your comment a few days back on my 10 years ahead prompts, blog!

    HAPPY RETIREMENT and emoticon

I am working on those prompts in my written journal now.

I read your blog and I know where you are with the February 24th blog entry! You specifically state what you feel and you receive the you are in the wrong comments about god. I am all for people putting their thoughts on their pages but be respectful and don't write that on my blog comments. I usually don't write any blogs pertaining to a higher power because a few SP members in the past tried the reconsider/you are wrong angle. I asked them to be respectful to my point of view and don't pray for me or tell me I am wrong. LoL.

Have a great day. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Happy retirement. I did it January 2018. I love it. Travel, doing hobbies, yes cooking a lot more, exercise more leisurely. It's the best!
