I saw your comment on Cooking for One or Two team re mug recipes.

Unfortunately too many folks think mug recipes must have flour - as in biscuits, cupcakes, brownies, etc. I disagree with that. I use a mug, or maybe even a muffin tin to make individual servings of something. So be it beef stew, lasagna layered with cabbage not pasta, or meatloafs, ham loaves, omelets, I keep looking.

For my wife and I, we need portion control as well as making things easier to clean up and hold on to while we dine even.

So, peace to you in this time of pressing forward by faith into the future God has for us. My sister has Lyme's disease and so must limit gluten due to what it does in feeding bacteria in her system.

    Prayers for you.

I was hoping to get all done with preparing food for this week today, but I didn't. When I went to cook the green beans and potatoes for tonight, I discovered my green beans were moldy! So I have to buy more tomorrow. I still have salads to make tonight, too.

Thank you so much for volunteering to help me! I don't know how I could sell stuff at church... I don't have anything made, but I'm thinking of making more jam and selling it on Facebook. I wish I was close to being finished with the Christmas ornaments and book markers I'm making because I could sell those, but with school I don't really have time to work on them. I have a lot of really nice Christmas decorations of my mom's that I'm going to sell on letgo. I think I can make a good $400 through that. If you'd like to make something for me that I could sell, I would appreciate it. Put on your thinking cap and let me know. I'll organize some way to sell it at church! Thanks again, friend!
