A healthier me
I am 43 years old and I have decided to make sure that I never become heavy again. I am a social worker. I do not have any children but do have 3 cats. I have been married for about 16 years. I have been cancer free for about 10 years. I had cervical cancer and then the doctor found that I had ovarian cancer as well. Now that I am cancer free I want to have my life back and diet and exercise is one way to do it. I have a gluten intolerance so I had to relearn a lot about eating ...
I am 43 years old and I have decided to make sure that I never become heavy again. I am a social worker. I do not have any children but do have 3 cats. I have been married for about 16 years. I have been cancer free for about 10 years. I had cervical cancer and then the doctor found that I had ovarian cancer as well. Now that I am cancer free I want to have my life back and diet and exercise is one way to do it. I have a gluten intolerance so I had to relearn a lot about eating and cooking. Through all of this I have learned so much about health and nutrition. I am happy with the changes that I have made and want them to stay with me forever. I have a new appreciation of exercise. I love to go biking in the local metropark. I enjoy aqua jogging, aqua zumba and being on the elliptical. I am on a new journey of trying to maintain my weight. I had to make a lot of changes and change my thinking along the way but it was all worth it.

- I want to be the weight that is stated on my license.
My Program:
I am trying to make better dietary choices. I have also started exercising regularly. I am cutting out processed foods and white flour since I have a gluten sensetivity.
