    Hi! Sorry I have had a crazy week and couldn't keep you updated on how I've been doing! I haven't been doing very well though lol! I had classes from morning till evening so I had no time to exercise and fix myself meals, so I'd eat out with friends and not very healthy... But I am back on track now, exercised for an hour and 15 minutes today, had DIY salad lol!
    My main weakness is sweets and roasted nuts! Sweets I can maybe stop eating after 1 or 2 pieces (cookies, chocolates, etc.), but if I start eating nuts, I do not stop until I finish a whole pack lol! So I try to stay away from them as much as I can. Obviously, didn't really work for me this past week haha. I snacked on nuts the almost every day (either during the class when I felt hungry or instead of dinner).
    This time I'm going to try very hard not to let any crazy schedule to get on my way and will try to be prepared when and if it happens! Either fix my meals beforehand, or go for healthier restaurant meals.
    How have you been doing? Do you manage to squeeze in exercise? And how is your diet going, able to keep it up? I hope everything is fine and you are killing it lol!

    Tell me about yourself in these kind of situations, what do you usually do to avoid trigger eating, if it ever happens? I didn't use to have something triggering my eating (like stress) before so now that I notice it I gotta find a way to stop it lol

    I actually feel quite regretful about the way things got out of control, but no point in beating myself up now I guess... Have to learn to talk to other people when I feel the danger approaching lol!

    Hi! Glad you're doing well! I feel kind of bad! I have a stressful exam tomorrow so I didn't have time to go to the gym today and I overate (stress eating)! I ate sweets and toasted nuts! Tomorrow I have got to pick up from where I left off! :(

    Oh my favorite food! I love food! I love all junk lol! Trying to avoid that! And I do love cooking and find it very convenient to cook myself because I can track my calories this way. I come up with all sorts of recipes when I am creative.
