Just Google Couch to 5K... you'll find the program/routines available to print off! It sounds like you are already an accomplished runner - so you may be able to start in at Week 3 or 4 and gradually build up!? I am NOT a runner... but have done a tiny bit off and on this year and the first and second weeks have not been too challenging for me... but I am looking forward to building up some endurance! I would LOVE to be able to jog the whole thing too!
