My Big Fat Life


I have always struggled with my weight. I was an overweight child that grew up to be an overweight adult. I have successfully managed to lose significant amounts of weight at different times in my life. Being able to keep it off is another story.

I would love to work up to running a 5K within the next year. That would be the best goal I could give myself at this time.

My Goals:
My goals are no longer focused on just losing this weight so I will look better. My goals are now focusing on being able to improve my health though exercise and nutrition and ultimately becoming healthy.
