    Hello and Welcome,
    I love new friends, esp one that weighs about the same, I started at 157 but the first week or so I just ate everything under the sun like I normaly ate during my last 4 month bender, but I tracked the calories, they were off the hook, couldnt believe what I was shoveling in, so then I calculated my goal and wanted to lose over 100 pounds, started sticking to the high end of my recommended calories, (adding a few more here and there probably 100's more to be honest) and boy am I learning. so now I am actualy sticking to the high end of what sparkpople computed for me, and I changed my ticker so I am only going to lose 10 pounds at a time, seems more manageable. I have found that even though I'm not dieting and havnt lost yet, there are many people who are losing and we can look to them for suggestions, and the giving myself reward idea is working, I love shopping for the little fun things I normally wouldnt buy myself, and I have small reachable goals right now, although I will get this weight off eventually, and I would love to back you up as well.

    I'm having a rough time now, my goal due date was June 15th (my 23rd bday) but I'll be happy if I do it before school starts again next year (1st Oct). Make sure you don't obsess too much about this, this is a journey to a healthier life! And yes please keep me updated! :)
