Introduction Text I love summertime and being by or on the water! I'm a late in life boater, and would one day like to spend time living on the water. I'm extremely blessed but have taken my health for granted way too long. 2010 is my time to start treating my mind and body right!

I want to be fit and healthy both physically and mentally. I think this journey for me is not only about losing weight but understanding how I got to where I am. I have continued to struggle with my exercise. New day, new challenge. My program is to count all my calories daily. Select healthy choices for my meals and snacks. For the times when I really want something not so healthy, to take only a little and only occasionally. To exercise daily and get stronger physically.

I am 47 years old and have been married 25 years to my high school sweetheart. I'm the most blessed girl in the world to have a husband who has been my rock for going on 31 years. His love and support are without limit. I am bursting with love for him. God brought a beautiful miracle into my life 21 years ago and allowed me to be the momma of an extraordinary young man. My son is the sunshine of my heart. I have been graced with a mother who is an angel. She is my closest friend and I love her beyond. I have so much love for my family. They are my foundation and my heart. Now I have to love myself as much as I love them.

I am miss sunshine for sure. I love summer and warm weather. I want to be outside as soon as it gets warm. I love being on the boat or at the pool or on a beach somewhere.
