Introduction Text The kids are all gone and I"ve finaly decided to focus on myself for a change and take better care of myself by getting fit and losing weight. I know it won't be easy but I am determined to regain my health. I've tried dieting in the past but only ever really managed to lose a few pounds at best. This time I plan to do better with the help of Sparkpeople. The tools I need are here - I just need to make use of them.

1) To lose 45 lbs 2) Exercise more and be able to walk a mile without being breathless! 3) Have clothes fit me better! 4) Feel better about myself 5) Have more energy 6) Wear a size 10 again!

1) Dieting and making better food choices 2) Exercising most days of the week! 3) Not eating after work or late at night 4) Drink 8 or more glasses of water every day
