Healthy Living
It is time for another restart. I have been out of the healthy lifestyle habit for a while now and need to get back on track. I am starting to reap the consequences of bad choices and I do not want this for my life. Shortening my lifespan due to bad decisions regarding my body and ultimately my health and happiness is not okay. I want to live a long, productive and happy life. I know this can be done day by day, minute by minute with each healthy decision that I make. Time to get back on track! ...

Exercise daily.
Incorporate fruits and vegetables in my daily meal plans.
My Program:
I just signed up for a Biggest Loser Challenge and am super excited to begin! I'll be doing mostly at-home workouts for no excuses and using Sparkpeople for motivation and accountability.
Personal Information:
I am a 46-year-old female currently living in Kentucky. I love traveling, especially to beaches. Hawaii is my favorite!

Thanks for the comment on my running blog -- there are some good tips in there. I have tried and continue to try to be a jogger ..... running is not in my future. Unless of course someone dangerous is chasing me!!
