Hi there, I don't see much info on your overall plan, but I do see that you are already at 56 lbs lost. Was that all on HCG? Wow, no matter how you lost it, you are amazing! Good for you, way to go. I would like to learn more about your plan for the long term, and will continue reading through the posts. Exciting. You are inspiring!

I basically follow the Primal Blueprint, which is very similar to Paleo. It really does work well for my lifestyle. I need something to keep me in check. so everyday i read marksdailyapple blog. To me it helps to keep it at the back of my mind.

I found out through hCG that I'm terribly allegic to MSG (and all other names of it..basically anything that is chemically altered, so even jello pudding). Avoiding processed foods of all kinds is getting easier for me. I think I've actually become more sensitive due to avoidance. So when I cheat, I get a MAJOR realty check. I still need marksdailyapple to keep the sugars and carbs at bay.

It is nice to have a resource to refer to. Occassionally I wonder why a particular item is bad and I just plug it into the search engine there and get the scientific reason (citing studies) in an easy to read format. I really love it. Primal is also easy because the concept is nothing more than the question "would a caveman had eatten this?" Cavemen wouldn't have had the resources to cook down carby vegtables enough to be eatable. Or the resources to make a loaf of bread. Cavemen moved slow with occassional spints, slept when the sun went down, avoided stress...you get the point. It is easy to live by such a simple theory. I need to work on the stress part...hahaha!

To tell you how much I love it...I've never EVER had a desire for a tattoo. EVER! But I think nothing had been so life altering as hCG and Primal. I've never felt and looked so good. Labor day will make 1.5 years of being Primal. and I think I may get a very SMALL tattoo of the Grok character on a very hidden place. My husband thinks I'm nuts but until you've lived with migraines for more than 50% of the time, you just don't understand what life is like without them. I've suffered since I was in grade school.

I ordered the Paleo book and cookbook for my Kindle and I am really excited to start it on P3.

    Are you doing it?

thanks for the comments on my photos. My daughter is very sweet at times but she is 3 y/o and starting to test the waters...hahaha. I laugh so that I don't cry!

I also cheat but I love my correction days too! I've decided to embrace them and make them apart of my life. I do a steak day almost every Monday...just cuz I can and I love steak! Then I don't feel so about about my sunday splurges. BTW, My mondays are too busy to eat so it is a win/win situation!
