I'm a mom of 4. I have a lot of "issues," for a lot of reasons. I am tired of "wanting." I am tired all the time. I am stressed beyond belief. I have a hate-hate relationship with myself. I am unorganized. I am a procrastinator to an extreme degree. I am lazy. I have let myself get in this situation by trying to ignore the problems so I do not have to deal with them, so I can forget why I am unhappy. Well, hello, it's not working. Yes, I have made some changes, but I want more. I am tired of telling myself "I need too....," "I wish....," "why....." I'm done. I have reached that point in my life where I realize I do not have a life. I exist, and miserably. It's time. For me. For my children. For anyone else in my situation. And it starts NOW. (revised profile 05/14/2016).

My program so far has been walking 2-3 miles, elliptical for 30 minutes, Pilates 20-30 minutes, yoga, and a stretching DVD I have. I mix and match these according to what is going on, how much time I have, and how I feel each day. I try to go for a hike once a week, which I love so much that I hardly look at it as exercise, although it burns a ton of calories. It's just in mind that it is relaxing and I love it. I am looking to adding on to my exercise repertoire. Right now I am going to add kickboxing videos I saw on Spark and some upper and lower strengthening videos I found on here as well.

Current exercise list:
Hiking.
Walking 2-3 miles, now adding some jogging intervals in
Elliptical 30 minutes.
Pilates DVDs.
Yoga DVDs.
Stretching DVD.
Upper and lower body strength exercises

Cut out soda - GOAL ACCOMPLISHED!!

Take a dance class.
