Introduction Text I am 34 years old. I have a wonderful husband and 3 beautiful children. My girl is 15, and my boys (twins) are 8. I currently work part time at our local YMCA (ironically). I love it. My biggest downfall to this weight loss battle is the food part. I think I love food too much and that's how I got to be where I am today being overweight! I hope that I can inspire or be inspired by using this website to reach out for support from other people just like me!

My ultimate goal is to get down to 150 lbs. I want to learn how to eat and what to eat in order to feel full and satisfied. I want to help my family become healthier eaters. I want to exercise enough to lose weight.

I try to eat as healthy as possible, and I try to get in at least a couple or a few workouts in a week. Some days are tougher than others to get in a workout! I'm trying though!! That's all I really can do right now!

Well I am 34, I live in Denton, MD and I have 3 kids. Skylar (girl) who is 15 (but currently living with her Dad), and twin boys Hayden and Reagan who are 8. My husband Andy is a pizza guy, and owns 5 Domino's Pizza stores. My biggest struggle thus far in losing weight is by far - food. I can't get enough of the stuff!!! LOL!! It's been my weakness and my downfall many many times in the past, but I feel and hope that this website will give me the tools I need to keep trying and to go for it.

Let's see, my most favorite movie in the world is Dazed and Confused, my most favorite kind of music is country (mostly), my favorite band is Aerosmith, and my favorite author is Janet Evanovich. Anything else you want to know?? Just ask! I'm here for ya!
