Growing up i was always "chubby" but i was never fat or obese, now i am way too big for my size and want to be more healthy. I suffer from hypothyroidism and i have found trying to lose weight gives me more anxiety than not, however i want to feel better about myself and not be limited to things i want to experience or wear because of my weight. I am in a very committed relationship for 2 years now and we have plans for marriage with a honeymoon in Japan...and eventually someday having a kid. My dreams are to have the wedding i have wanted since a child (and those weren't of a fat bride), i want to buy clothing in japan and go rock climbing (i used to love that...until my weight made it uncomfortable) and also i really want to be a mommy with a healthy body to carry that child (but also be the cute tiny woman with the HUGE baby bump). Also i want to be more eye pleasing to my boyfriend, that way i have more confidence to do things with him i have been to shy or embarrassed about because of weight. Those are my dreams for why these goals where set into motion...

My Goals:
Is to not only lose the weight to look better but to feel better about myself and to let my truer curious and fun self to come out because i have set the pains of being larger away.

In short to be a hot momma ;)

My Program:
tweaking food choices for healthier ones, drinking water, no pop, eating small snacks through out the day, portion sizes, cardio: as of right now that means fast walking/jogging.

    Inspiration for the professional dieter!!!

    This Time..........

    Another diet we're about to endure,
    but this time we'll do it, of that we are sure.
    We've tried all the others without much success,
    but this is the one to get into THAT dress!

    For years we've tried hard to lose excess weight,
    and we now have the answer to looking just great.
    For us no more 'chips' or 'Big Mac' on a whim,
    we want to look good and we'd love to be slim.

    We joined all the clubs where we'd regularly meet,
    but when we read all the can't haves we'd go home and 'greet'
    They said don't have this and they said don't have that,
    so we'd paid all that money just for a chat!

    We all have a wardrobe from size 12 up to 20,
    and big, baggy jumpers of which there are plenty.
    A drawer of small undies is a dream we all know,
    so those big ugly knickers really must go!

    With time passing quickly and teenage years gone,
    we have no more excuses to rely upon,
    The one about 'puppy fat' ran out long ago,
    so this time it's business, let's give it a go!

    Why we women feel the need to diet for men!

    Food For Thought

    When we were young girls, so fresh in our teens
    We'd go on our diets, to look good in our jeans!
    And of course, at that age, we'd starve now and then
    The obvious reason, was to look good for men!

    Then, in our 20's, we'd push food away
    To look good for the boyfriends, we chose for the day!
    Our 30's, the same "sorry, cannot eat that
    My guy may not love me if I start getting FAT!

    Thank God, in our 40's, we've learned from mistakes
    We must push away pizza and candy and cakes..
    So we feel good, feel healthy, love ourselves once again
    Then just sit back and laugh, and outlive all those men!!!!!
