    i'm sorry to hear that ,i have similar problems caused by the stress at work(don't want to have a gastroscopy to see how serious it is) so i can't eat many things-cereals ,sugar(maybe it's a good thing? emoticon ) and unfortunately apples ,cooked tomatoes or juice and a lot more. fortunately i have no problem with coffee,tea and spices but i have to take anti acid medication sometimes. that picture on the mountain is awesome ,i love hiking but i'm too heavy for that now

    Well, you can't eat what you don't have. Go to the store and buy all the fruits and veggies you like. Get fresh, frozen, and even canned. That way you will always have them on hand. I like cutting up the ones that I need to as soon as I get home from the store so that they're ready when I need them. Otherwise I find that I am too lazy or hungry to bother with food prep and make bad food choices.
