Introduction Text Hi! My name is Kellye and I'm 29. I recently moved back home to Grayson Co., KY. I'm excited to be home! I've made a lot of changes lately. I'm removing the negative things from my life (people included). A little about my weight loss... I've been on every "diet" possible and I know exactly how to lose weight...my problem is I can't ever manage to stick with it. This year, I'd lost 65 pounds in less that 3 months by converting to a Paleo type lifestyle. I felt amazing and loved it! After some stressful times, I "fell off the wagon" and now I'm determined to get back on it. :) I've been on Spark People for a couple years now and I'm really hoping I can find the motivation to stay consistent with my weight loss. In January 2012, I was diagnosed with PCOS. It just recently hit me that I'm the one doing this to myself and I'm the only one who can change it! I'm ready!!!!

My goal is to lose a total of 230 lbs.

I'm transitioning from all of this processed food to a Low-Carb/Paleo lifestyle. I will eventually be 95% Paleo (I'm sure occasionally I'll want a piece of bread lol). I know how crappy I feel after eating dairy and carb filled meals. I think Paleo will be the way to go.

Just moved back to KY! :)

I love reading, writing, music and movies. I'm trying to get in to more physcially demanding hobbies though :) I love bike riding too.
