I'm Kellie and Spark People really helped me to get the ball rolling once before. I lost my goal and then some. I was a healthier, happier, and more balanced individual.
I have lost sight of multiple healthy habits and I really have to get to work on fixing those aspects of my life.

I would like to drop a couple pounds, more importantly I want to tone up.
My Program:
I'm cutting calories and practicing yoga every day.
Personal Information:
I am a bookkeeper at a construction company and a golf course. I enjoy my job because it allows me to have a life outside of work. I'm always busy. I'm trying to live a healthier lifestyle. One that benefits my dogs, my family, and myself.
Other Information:
I love to read, some of my favorite authors are Christopher Moore, Neil Gaiman, & Oliver Sacks. I also enjoy craft projects that include sewing, crocheting, painting, sanding, woodworking, etc.
