Thank you for weighing in for week 1! You are well on your way of meeting your weight loss goal this challenge. Great job! You have some great exercises you have been doing. What do you think you are going to do once you are done with the program you are on? I love trying new exercises. The words "Beachbody - morning and meltdown" scare me a little (lol).
