Let's lose these same 50 for the last time!


I am once again (but for the LAST time!) going to lose these pesky but persistent 50 pounds. My issues definately revolve around emotional eating- I've got the healthy eating part down...love to cook, love to find great new vegetarian recipes. Working on avoiding eggs as veggie protein.

Fitness Minutes: 30

My Goals:
To be healthier, lose 50 pounds, get a hold on overeating...and actually want to include photos of myself in my album!

My Program:
 I am going to continue to get at least an hour and 15 to an hour and a half of brisk walking in each day- and I'm also going to do some weights and some crunches EVERY day. I'm also going to focus on not giving in to emotional eating...


Personal Information:
I'm from Quebec, Vermont, New Mexico and Colorado. I teach art to kids and also make, show and sell my own artwork. I have a zany dog by the name of Otis who provides me with LOTS of entertainment.

Other Information:
 I love to read, dance, go for Friday/Saturday/or vacation cocktails, take Otis to the reservoir, cook, hang out with friends...
