I'm swearing off the on again off again "diets". Learning to have a healthy lifestyle that will last the rest of my life.

My inspirations: My son is my inspiration and the motivation for everything that I do. Learn how to have a healthy lifestyle. Develop the habits to maintain a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life.

In summary, a true lifestyle change usually involves changing the beliefs, values, and priorities that have enabled you to become overweight in the first place. Learning to monitor not only what goes in your mouth, but also what is going on in your mind and heart, are keys to making a permanent lifestyle change.
