    Thanks for your comment and the sparks goodie. I used to ride bikes a lot, but right now I don't have one. I think I will work on that. Also, I would like to get into yoga. It does appeal to me, and I had a friend who loved it. I am surprised at how many kinds of yoga I am hearing about. Is there a certain type, or DVD or something that you especially like? Are you taking classes in it, or just working on your own?
