Introduction Text I am trying to learn to count calories and get healthier. Seems like just yesterday I was 30 years old and weighing only 110 pounds! Now I weigh LOTS more then that. I found this site while looking for a calorie counters. Should be interesting. Forward...2012..am recovering from my breast cancer and still counting calories and working on getting healthier...Life is good!! Looking forward to going back to Aqua Jog, starting Tia Chi and WALKING...Good Health, here I come!!!
