It breaks down the total weight you have to lose into manageable and obtainable goals.

My goal is to lose 135 pounds. Geez, that's a whole another person!

--I am going to remember to log my calories and my exercises. Calories in V.S. Calories out. --Have patience with myself. --And never lose my sense of humor.

I am from Northeastern Ohio. Any more Northeastern and I'd be in Western P.A.! I have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. And I've been married a long, long, long time. Some days it feels like it's even longer! LoL.

I like to read. I am also a published romance fiction writer, and I spend a lot of time on the internet. A way lot of time on the internet....Did I mention I spend a lot of time on the internet?!!
