Man oh man oh man. I have written this section 4 times since I joined SP in 2006. Every time it's the same I-will-do-it-this-time babble and then I give up and go away for months, then finally come back and start again.

How long will I last this time? I don't know. But I do know how miserable I am and how I WANT to feel, and that's my motivation for once. I'm following the Primal Blueprint from MarksDailyApple.com and it's easy now that I'm over the DTs from quitting sugar and precessed foods. How can anyone think that a food is OK to eat when you have withdrawals like a junkie when you quit eating it?

Oh, and if you're wondering, Katie Scarlett (even though I'm a Kati) is Scarlett O'Hara's full name (Gone w/ the Wind).

My Program:
I'm quasi-paleo with my nutrition. I clean my house once a week, which you may think is lame but I have a very messy husband, a big stinky dog, and a whole lot of house, so I'm usually dripping with sweat and at it for hours.



Personal Information:
I live just outside of Seattle, WA. In September of 2011 I just married an otherwise wonderful man who sadly loves all things junkfood. I can live without it - my weakness is quantity. I just love to eat, so I work with that by having lots of fruit and veggies around.
