Hi I'm Katie.
Many years ago I lost some weight and was under 200 lbs. I was feeling great and thought I would just keep on going down. But for a few chaotic years life happened, I gained it all back... and then some.
I can feel a healthier version of me inside starting to take over.
I am very hopeful and determined to accomplish my goals.
I'm not just losing weight, I'm not just dieting.
I am changing everything. Changing my body's relationship with food, and my body's relationship with exercise.
This is it - full blown lifestyle change in the works here people!

Fitness Minutes: 1,794

My Goals:
Family trip to Disney World end of September 2016.
Goal: -30 lbs. by September 2016.
Reward: New fun summer clothes so I can run around after my nephew in Disney World.

My long term goal is to keep my weight between 155-175, maintaining healthy workout and eating patterns that will last for years.


My Program:
*Continue to cook healthy meals, and plan out meals and snacks so I don't fall into the trap of being starving and eating anything, healthy or not.
*Change my mindset about routine workouts. Walking after dinner for 30 minutes, squats in from of the telly for 20 minutes. These are all workouts. Just be active!
*Keep drinking all that water, that thankfully I love.
*Stay positive and don't let my brain collapse into negative areas. Remember it only takes 90 seconds for your body to process a response and decide to loop into that feeling or let it go. Keep focusing on letting go.



Personal Information:
I live in the Bay Area. I love going to concerts and baseball games. I delight in taking mini adventures like going wine tasting or driving down the coast. One of my favorite things is to turn the radio up, roll the windows down, and sing along with my friends. I love to laugh, and try to force myself to be present in moments through out my day.
