I'm here to get healthy. On that note, I'm looking for overall health (physical, emotional, financial, etc...). I've noticed when my life is out of balance I turn to food. I'm trying to work on that as well as balancing out everything else.

In the past I've had a fair amount of success with WW, but as stated above, I'm trying to improve my finances as well and with the amount of weight I need to lose, I'm planning on spending that $500/year on debt.

My number one goal is to get to a healthy BMI; I'd like to become physically active and strong in the process. My other goals are emotional (negative self talk and stress) and financial (pay down debt) health.

I'm happily married to my husband of 4 years. We have two beautiful and healthy girls. I also am fortunate enough to have a nursing career that I love; I work full time and am currently going to school part-time to obtain my BSN degree.


Other Information:
My main short term goal for now is to lose 5% of my body weight and to get out of the super obese BMI category.
