    hi katie! thanks for stopping by!
    i haven't been on sp much lately,
    but things have been going really well!
    i realized i needed to hold myself accountable for doing or not doing things, so i put up a list where i cross of all kinds of things when i am done, like my exercise, amount of water to drink, and so on! so that really works because i really don't want to disappoint myself!

    i also have been very busy studying, so sometime around midday i always tend to get tired, and then instead of just sitting there and not getting any work done, i just grab my bag and go to the gym!

    sorry for talking so much about myself, but i am just so very motivated at the moment!!

    how have you been doing? i saw your last blog, when you said you sort of fell off the wagon. have you been able to just jump up again?
    i hope so! i'd love to help you if i can in any way?? let me know!!

    hi! i just saw that you are from kingston upon thames! i have studied there for one year, and i liked it a lot! i looved shopping there, and am planning to go back for some shopping once i have lost some weight emoticon
