will do strength training 3 X's weekly
My Program:
eat 2 servings of fruit or vegetables with each meal. Substitute high fats or sugar foods with fruits and vegetables
Plan in exercise time in daily agenda, look for extra exercise opportunities
increase money going to credit union and leave it there.
