I am 23, and I have been overweight most of my life. I am also a Type 1 Diabetic, and have been since I was 14 months old. I have been struggling with a binge eating disorder for the past 6 months, but with time and the help of professionals I think I am getting better.

I like to read, walk, and study anything that has to do with medicine. I am going to Vet School at Kansas State University! Yay! My dreams are coming true!!!!!

I have decided the best thing for me is to take this slow and steady. Therefore, I hope to lose 5 lbs. a month. If I can do that I will weigh 130 lbs. by December 31, and 120 lbs. by February 30th! I will do this, and reward myself every time I meet my goals.

July 31- 155 lbs. Met! (154 lbs!!!) :)

August 31- 150 lbs. Reward- Cold Stone

September 30- 145 lbs. Reward- Ebola Microbe

October 31- 140 lbs. Reward- Halloween Dream!!!

November 30- 135 lbs. Reward- Thanksgiving!!!

December 31- 130 lbs. Reward- Holiday Cheer!!!

January 31- 125 lbs. Reward- Birthday Clothes

February 31- 120 lbs. Reward- Special Valentine

Current Weight: 153 lbs.

Current Mini Goal: Eat 1200 calories a day for 1 week

Motivation:

Healthy attitude towards food! No obsessing or eating when I am not really hungry!!!

Confidence!!! I want to feel better about my body, and feel attractive!!!

CLOTHES!!! I want to fit into them and look good!

I would like to get back to 120 lbs., gain control of my Diabetes, and get through my depression. I want to be happy again and live my life to the fullest.


My Program:
*First and foremost, control my Diabetes for a long, healthy, life!
* Stay within my calorie range!
*Exercise Daily!
*Be Happy!!! With myself and my life!!!
