Things that are working!!
1.Clean Eating!
2. Tracking food
3. Planning the whole day in the am
4. Workout
5. Support from spark friends and family
6. No fried food
7. blogs
8. water (not high on list because I love it)
9. No diet soda
10. Believing in myself!!

I am making wonderful changes and challenging myself!!!!
I will be healthy again. Last time I stopped losing weight when I met my husband. So I am so excited to see how far I will go once I figure out how to eat healthy now that I am sharing my life!

I live in sunny California. I love it here and would never move.

I can't believe I got to marry the man of my dreams, my best friend, my partner. I am doing a great job of working on what I eat and working on keeping weight on my husband. It is working well. That was one of my biggest struggles. I lost my weight before I met him and have not lost one pound sense. Till I found spark people.

What we got going on thus far

I know that when I eat within my calorie range and exercize I just feel great the next day and next day and so on. And I am taking great care of my body. I know I have a athlete in me. I just need the athletes body to go with it. I need not to carry around this extra weight anymore.

April I having been walking for like 6 years, I never liked to ride my bicycle. Now I love it never thought I would. I am really proud of my self for doing so well. I Will continue after our wedding and finaly get under 200 pounds.
Spark people has been such a great tool for me.

I will continue to succeed, Diabetes runs in my family and I don't want to get that.
