    Hey Karen , how are you ? Sorry I've been a bit scarce - very busy at work in recent weeks , but I do hope that you are still working towards your goal and taking it one steady little step at a time. Now that your Spring is fast approaching you've got nice weather to be out and about in and that will help you to get fitter and healthier. Our weather is cooling rapidly as we've entered Autumn , but the lovely clear blue skies are very encouraging. We are in a summer rainfall area so as winter sets in , we have no rain but lovely blue skies. Keep going , soon you will reach your goal ! Have a lovely day further, Regards from Sarah.

    Hello Karen. Another newcomer ! I have loads of weight to lose and although I'm what might be called a diet professional having been there and done that since the age of 10 ( I'm now 51 ) what I struggle desperately with is motivation. I need encouragement , and it's not easy to get that at home , nor is it easy to constantly encourage myself. Perhaps we can be that for each other , and others in SparkPeople : a motivator and kind encouragement. Hope to hear from you soon . I'm in South Africa so my day is just beginning.
