    I’m excited to start our Fall 5% Challenge and hope you are fired up and ready to go. I’m an EL (Extra Leader) for the Rowdy Rebels team and here to help you in any way I can.

    Get ready to board the plane and take off on Saturday, October 3rd. Start exercising and record your daily minutes so we can land our plane.

    Be sure to put your starting weight on the team weigh-in thread. Please post your weekly weigh-ins on this thread, starting on the 1st day of the challenge (October 3rd) and every Saturday after that. Best wishes for a great challenge and reaching your goals.

    Hugs,
    Marilyn

    Another 5% challenge is coming to an end tomorrow when we do our final Saturday weigh-in and I hope you have been successful in reaching your goals. But, if not, keep living your healthy lifestyle with good nutrition and exercise and you will eventually see results as your body makes its adjustments. Remember about the in-between challenge that starts tomorrow on Saturday. It is a good way to stay on track and maybe even lose another pound or two. Also, I hope to see you in a couple of weeks next time at the Fall 5% Challenge with the Rowdy Rebels team.

    Best wishes & stay well as we continue our journey.

    Your SparkFriend,
    ~~~Marilyn
    We all have our ups & downs when we do our weekly weigh-ins. Here is something to think about...
    “Instead of letting the scale alone determine whether you're a success or failure, use more reliable measures to determine your progress. My philosophy is that weight loss is not a goal, but the result of healthy habits like a better diet and regular exercise. When you do step on the scale and don't see the reading you had hoped for, ask yourself these questions: Am I doing what I am supposed to be doing? Am I making healthy food choices most of the time? Am I exercising consistently? If you are, then trust that your body is making positive changes, and the results will come. If you are not, then resolve to be consistent in healthy behaviors to see the results you want.”
    ~~~ Received this thoughtful info from KRYs210...excellent advice!!
