Hi Karen, welcome to Crunchers ~ you asked why we do so many crunches ~ what is your philosophy?

I have an appt to see the doc on Friday regarding my joints in my knees and in my elbows. My knees give me problems every time I do squats or lunges or any thing that requires my knees to bend, even sitting down in a chair ~ so we'll see. For now I am concentrating my work outs on my palates as that seems to be the least aggravating...
Didn't mean for this to turn into a novel.... You are very inspiring and motivating and challenge me to keep on my new life goals turning them into new habits and into the new me I feel I am inside.
