Introduction Text I find myself this year at age 61. I was living in the middle of Iowa, in the country, for five years. Then my husband, James, was stricken down suddenly by liver cancer, turning my world upside down on July 2nd, 2015. Heartbroken, I carry on, moving into town. Up until now, no problem bested me. So I have hope that I can make a new life after 37 years of marriage. I realize I must still focus on my health, that it is never too late. I mostly use Wii fit and exercise videos. I enjoy the blogs of people with the same goal - getting healthier. I am inspired by so many! I like all the resources on this site, but especially all the like-minded people that really understand working toward fitness and health. I keep a smile on my face and a thankful heart. Most days.

Drink at least eight glasses of water. Eat normal portion sizes of food. 30 minutes of activity five days a week.
