I've dieted my whole life but have never found any permanent solutions. Finally, I've reached my 20s and I'm fed up with hating my body, so I'm ready to make lasting changes!

UPDATE (01.2012): Well... I'm back after having lost 30 lbs in 2010 and gaining them back in 2011 due to some major life changes. I'm ready to start again. Looking for advice, support, and inspiration from all you fabulous Sparklers!

My Goals:
240 lbs- 5 itunes DLs
235 lbs- See the new Muppet Movie again :-)
230 lbs- Get a new healthy cook book
225 lbs- New hair cut
220 lbs-Get a new pair of running sneakers
210 lbs- New shoes
200 lbs- New outfit for fun, not work
190 lbs- Get a piece of nice jewelry for the Opera
180 lbs- Dress for the opera
170 lbs- Opera trip (to the Met!)
160 lbs- New Wardrobe :-)

My Program:
My program is a mix between Sparkpeople, Weight Watchers, and C25K. Every day I'll follow my points allowance and log what I eat (offline). I'll also run/walk 3 times a week as cardio and on my off days during the week I'll do a little strength training. On weekends I'll get in as much recreational exercise as I can!

Personal Information:
I'm 24 years old, I am ready to change my life and get healthy again. I love cooking, crocheting, traveling, teaching, movies, music, and trying new things!
