I am 36 years old and happily live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Growing up I was always athletic and very involved with Ukrainian Dancing, biking, swimming and only ate home cooked meals. After I got married in 2006 I went through some internal struggles. Depression, anxiety and a general feeling of loss and loneliness took over my life. Due to previous injuries I stopped all exercise and fun. Meals became fast food almost every night and things began to spiral out of control for me. I was on SPARK for a while before but because I wasn''t focused, I never took responsibility for my own actions and I never understood who or where I was in life. Things got much better in my life for awhile, then the depression and anxiety came back big time in 2017. After years of not feeling good, being in pain and the mental issues I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in early 2018. Now I am on a new life journey/ I need to find what I can do to help myself through this, what my new goals are and how I can move forward. But I am here to win it!

My Goals:
Overall weight loss for better health and wellness. I want to get back into cute and cheaper clothes! and feel more comfortable with basics like tying my shoes and reducing my muscle and nerve pain. Just increase my energy and feel more comfortable in my own skin.

My Program:
Increase my movement and eat less calories and more real food. Basic and what works. Move more and eat less!

Personal Information:
Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. I love my city and country. I have been married since 2006 to my high school sweat heart and we have a beautiful Labrador Retriever named Logan. I am crafty and love to make fondant cakes, cards, knit and cross stitch. I love to swim and bike and reading is a true passion. I am also a huge hockey fan and love my Edmonton Oilers!
