I'm a 51-year old female from Houston, Texas, who has changed my lifestyle in the past 25 months and lost 162 lbs. I would like to lose another 60 pounds.

Fitness Minutes: 9,599

My Goals:
I want to lose another 60 lbs. to achieve my desired weight. Achieving my loss of 162 lbs. has been great, but it's only motivated me to keep it up as my body and mind feels so much better.


My Program:
I walk everyday which is a minimum of 12,000 steps. I do strength training every other day which is my favorite. I just began jogging 40 minutes a day. It feels so good to work out even when you don't want to do it. I have been eating healthy for about 3 years now just fruits, veggies, very little meat mainly fish and chicken, no fried foods or soda, lots of whole grains and nuts.

what I stand for.

Today when I'm overwhelmed by responsibilities, I'll think of
one thing at a time and concentrate on changing or altering
that one thing.

Today I will broaden my own horizons.

    Long time since I've stopped by...sorry, been dealing with the flu, but finally over it...yeah.

    I've been going to therapy for my right knee and in a couple of weeks can start working out at the gym they have in the building.
