My Goals:
Had lost 58lb a few years ago...kept it off for 2-3 years...let 35-40 of those stinkin' pounds creep back on.

Back on track to get that back off again.

My Program:
 Count calories daily...average exercising 45 minutes daily.

Hang with the VERY BEST group of online friends who all work to gain and maintain healthy weight and good health habits...they are extended family now.

Married 45+ years to same sweet buddy.

2 grown kids who each have wonderful spouses.
2 beautiful grandgirls

    I have been trying to keep in line since joining in mid jan, not an easy chore.
    Have been staying within my calorie range, and putting my treadmill to good use. Also hearing other peoples comments is a great inspiration.

    Hi kammygirl!! I truly appreciate your comments on my page. I just updated it--partly in celebration of shedding a total of 20 pounds!! It was also a mini-challenge from one of my teams. So, I ran with it and had fun doing so.
    As I typed in your "handle" I often wonder what the story behind some of the handles. Some are so creative. My creative streak stopped before I stuck myself with my--just my first initial and last name.
    This year is indeed a year of celebration: My 70th B-day this month, our anniversary in December, and my DH (Dewey) just sailed through a mild heart attack 2 weeks ago! He is doing fine and we are helping each other in this journey. I know that God was in that event as so many things "just so happened" and the after effects of the HA were kept to a minimum.
